ReceFin is a brand owned by Territory Cybernetics Pty Ltd. This notice describes this pre-launch website and general enquiries. It is not a privacy policy for a live client portal or active debt collection service.
Information you choose to provide
You may provide your name, business, email address, service interest and a brief message. The enquiry form prepares an email using your device’s email application. It does not upload the form fields to ReceFin, store them in browser storage or automatically send them.
If you send the email, its content and usual email metadata will be handled by the email services involved. Do not include sensitive debtor, identity, banking or payment-card information in an initial enquiry.
How enquiry information is used
Information sent to ReceFin will be used to understand and respond to your enquiry, manage correspondence or complaints and meet applicable legal obligations. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Website services and technical information
This version of the website is hosted on Vercel. Its hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs. An earlier private preview is hosted separately through OpenAI Sites.
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends technical request information to Google. ReceFin has not added advertising trackers or analytics to this version. Hosting or sign-in functionality may use its own cookies or similar technology.
Service providers and overseas processing
Hosting, font and email providers may process information outside Australia. Before a public operational launch, ReceFin will publish further details of its verified service providers, relevant overseas handling and operational privacy practices.
Retention and security
Correspondence should be kept only as needed for the enquiry, legitimate record-keeping and applicable legal requirements. Email is not a suitable channel for unnecessary sensitive documents. No online service or email channel can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction and concerns
Email support@recefin.com.au to request access to or correction of information you have provided, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify identity before responding to an information request. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law.

Updates
This notice will be updated as ReceFin’s services and systems develop. Any future client portal, document-upload service or collection engagement will require appropriate additional privacy information.
